Designed for the real estate agent on the move, Bphone™ Home Hotline™ gives you a professional edge by allowing callers to reach you at any three telephones of your choice. An auto attendant (or your own personal greeting) will answer the call and provide touchtone options for reaching you at the office, on your cell phone, at your home office, etc. Bphone™ will forward the call to anywhere you choose. Voicemail is included with this plan.

Home Hotline™ listings replace information flyer boxes with recorded information on your home listings. These recordings are available 24 hours a day by calling only one phone number. At the end of the listing message, the listener can choose to be immediately connected to an agent or lender.

This program offers the following available features:

• Voicemail with notification (included) – Listen to and store your voicemail any time via phone, e-mail, or online. With voicemail you can press “0” during the message and be connected with the caller without having to search for the number. You can also receive notifications of new voicemail through email or mobile device messages.
• Fax Forwarding (optional, $3.00/month) – Forward fax calls to a fax machine of your choice. You are notified through email or mobile device when you receive a fax transmission.
• Fax-to-Email (optional, $9.00/month + $0.15/page if over 125 pages) – Have your faxes sent directly to your email address. You can then choose which pages to print, and the fax document can be saved on your computer. You are notified through email or mobile device when you receive a fax transmission.
• Ad Response Tracking (optional) – Obtain call reports and track which advertising methods were most effective.
• Schedules (optional, $3.00/month) – Adjust your call routing based on time of day and day of week. Lets you decide when any of your extensions ring. You control the schedule with an online setup. Make changes to your schedule at any time.
• Long Distance Call Forwarding (optional, $3.00/month + $0.099/minute) – You can program your Bphone™ number to ring to any long distance number. Your customers can reach you by dialing a local number and never know you aren’t in town.
• Toll Free Number (optional, $8.00/month + $0.099/minute) – You can have a toll-free Bphone™ number with the same convenient features.

Bphone™ Home Hotline costs $100.00 to set up and $29.95 per month, plus $0.27/minute.
